The inaugural Dirigo Hockey League fall/winter season kicks off on September 21, 2025. All games will be played at the Bonnefond Ice Arena, an NHL-size rink featuring bleacher seating, a mezzanine warm area, and quality facilities. Located at Kents Hill School in Readfield, the rink is just 20 minutes from Augusta, 35 minutes from Waterville, 40 minutes from the Lewiston/Auburn area, and 45 minutes from the Topsham area.
The Dirigo Hockey League was built to give adult players in central Maine a fair, competitive, and well-run place to play. Our goal is simple: create a league that puts players first, values respect, and keeps things affordable without cutting corners.
